It’s the right service at the start of spring when winter accumulation has settled into every corner, in the fall when you’re preparing to spend more time indoors, or any time the home feels like it needs a real reset rather than another pass over the same surfaces. For customers on a recurring cleaning schedule, a seasonal deep clean two to four times per year is the standard way to stay ahead of the buildup that maintenance alone doesn’t prevent.

What Is Required For Spring / Seasonal?

Because seasonal cleaning covers areas that standard cleaning doesn’t, we ask that closets, cabinets, and storage areas are accessible if you want those included in the service. The more surfaces our team can reach without navigating around stored items, the more thorough the result. Furniture should be movable or we’ll clean around it as best we can. We bring all of our own supplies and equipment --- nothing needed from you. If there are specific areas or items you want prioritized (a particularly neglected oven, tile grout, interior windows), let us know at booking and we’ll plan the visit around those in addition to our standard seasonal checklist.
